Struttura meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli.. spiaggia privata con tutti i comfort. La bellezza dell’appartamento, la gentilezza e disponibilità assoluta da parte dei proprietari ci ha permesso di passare 3 giorni in totale relax proprio come volevamo. Particolare e raro.. Gli appartamenti di artrock non sono dei semplici appartamenti ma una vacanza nella vacanza. Antonio il figlio Silvio i suoi fratelli e il suo staff ci hanno fatto sentire a nostro agio in tutto e per tutto ,disponibili e gentilissimi. Gli appartamenti sono strepitosi! Nuovi e puliti , composti con materiali di ottima qualità e completi di qualsiasi comfort , situati veramente a pochi passi dal mare e a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro della splendida Giulianova. La musica in filo diffusione che si può sentire perfino sotto acqua nella piscina è sempre un’ottima cornice per tutto il soggiorno. La struttura mette anche a disposizione un garage sotterraneo e un ombrellone in prima fila con un bagno convenzionato sempre a pochi passi dall’appartamento. Tutto veramente perfetto .

Very well equipped, beautiful and new flat. Its opposite to the sea, large internal parking and strong wifi. Fridge and closets filled with some welcoming food (loaf of bread, cornflakes, water , milk and even a bottle of prosecco. Excellent coffee...

Antonio und Silvio haben alles getan um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und es wurde sich sehr liebevoll um uns gekümmert - es war jederzeit jemand erreichbar. Der Wohnung war sehr gross, modern und vor allem sehr sauber. Der Kühlschrank und die Schränke in der Küche waren gefüllt (Brot, Aufschnitt, Marmelade, Cornflakes, Milch, Kaffee, Kekse etc. Es stand sogar eine Flasche Prosecco für uns bereit. Die Tiefgarage war geräumig. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit einem Whirlpool auf dem Balkon und eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die ganze Anlage inkl. Pool waren sehr sauber. Ein Highlight waren die Musikboxen in jedem Zimmer aus denen sehr entspannte Musik kam (die waren natürlich separat regelbar 😊) Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
